Eve’s Addiction.com wants you to be a happy customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with the sterling silver jewelry that you receive from us, as we only sell high quality silver and cubic zirconia cz jewelry. We do understand that you may not like your purchase for some reason.
You may return or exchange your jewelry within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Engraved items, personalized items and clearance sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. To return jewelry to EvesAddiction.com, please follow the steps below.

1. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the silver jewelry for. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned jewelry, and then charged for the replacement silver jewelry. Be sure to include the jewelry item name, number, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.
2. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of jewelry. Your feedback is very important to us!
3. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your sterling silver jewelry, box, pouch, any free gift or EveBucks, and a copy of the invoice.
4. Write the word EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package, to indicate the type of processing. (see examples below) You may return or exchange any item except "Final Clearance" items or custom engraved items for any reason, within 30 days of your purchase. We do not require an RMA number for returns or exchanges.
5. YOU MUST SHIP TO US VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO OUR P.O. BOX. We will only accept returns & exchanges that are sent to our PO box. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package and you must apply postage to the returned package.
6. Once your silver jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. Eve’s Addiction.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned sterling silver jewelry item. Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.
7. If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.
8. If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the free gift threshold, we ask that you return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, we would charge you the value of the gift, which is stated on our free gift offer.

Rhodium Finished
Some of our sterling silver jewelry is rhodium finished. The jewelry is crafted of .925 sterling silver and a finish is carefully applied over the piece. This rhodium finish adds a luster that gives silver the same, high-quality look as platinum and it eliminates tarnishing completely. We will specify in our descriptions if a piece is rhodium finished. Most of our jewelry pieces with cubic zirconias do have the rhodium finish, as it makes for easier care and eliminates scratches in the sterling silver. Most admirers of sterling silver jewelry will opt for a rhodium finish, depending on the piece of jewelry.

Care of Sterling Silver Jewelry
We recommend that you store your sterling silver jewelry in a cloth pouch, or in a separate compartment in your jewelry box, to protect the pieces from scratching. Put your jewelry on your body after applying hairspray or perfumes. You must never expose your jewelry to household chemicals or chlorinated water. These chemicals can do damage to the silver over time. Tarnish will build up on your sterling silver jewelry, especially on pieces that you don’t wear often. This tarnish is easily removed with fine silver polish or solutions that you can find at most jewelry, hardware or grocery stores. Keep a cleaning cloth handy and before you wear your silver, rub it lightly with the cloth to remove any tarnish.

Rhodium finished pieces only need to be wiped with a soft cotton cloth to remove any spots. Do NOT use silver polishes at all on these pieces. Remember rhodium will not tarnish.

For deep scratches that you might get on your sterling silver jewelry, you should seek the advise of a qualified jeweler in your area. A professional buffing might alleviate those scratches. Your sterling silver jewelry will last forever when properly cared for!

Care of Stainless Steel
Stainless Steel jewelry will never tarnish so there's never any need to use chemicals on it. However, if some dirt or residue accumulates on the stainless steel jewelry, you can use steam or warm water with a non-abrasive soap to remove them. You may also use a soft, clean cloth for polishing it up.

Care of Gold Plated
To clean your gold plated jewelry, you may polish it with a soft clean cloth to polish the piece. Never use silver polish or abrasive cleaners as that could ruin the gold plated piece of jewelry. Use steam to remove any dirt that might have accumulated on the piece.
